Each project requires the allocation of resources, technical expertise, planning, and development efforts. Therefore, payments made for completed work, delivered services, and digital products are typically non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund Requests

  • A duplicate payment has been made for the same service.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced. If cancellation is approved before project initiation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, planning, consultation, transaction processing, and other applicable costs.

If a project is cancelled after development, design, planning, consultation, content preparation, or implementation activities have begun, refunds may not be available.

Domain Registration and Hosting Services

Domain registrations, domain renewals, web hosting subscriptions, SSL certificates, cloud services, and related third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

These services are processed through third-party providers and cannot generally be reversed after activation.

Custom Development Projects

Custom software development, website development, web applications, mobile applications, office automation systems, embedded systems, and related development projects involve dedicated resources and development effort.

Payments made toward completed milestones, delivered modules, approved designs, source code, documentation, and project deliverables are non-refundable.

Service Delays

Project timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays in receiving client approvals, content, credentials, technical information, third-party dependencies, hosting issues, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

Such delays shall not automatically qualify a project for a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Gracewell Technologies directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, payment processor, or card issuer.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback for services that have been delivered may result in suspension of services, account restrictions, legal action, and recovery of associated costs.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, Gracewell Technologies will process the refund using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway, banking institution, card issuer, and payment provider involved.

Typically, approved refunds may take between 7 and 15 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, although actual processing times may vary.
