Job Overview

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our LMS application. Your role will focus on identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals with educational institutions, training providers, and businesses that require an effective learning and assessment solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand the specific needs of potential customers and explain how the LMS can address their challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date on product developments and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software sales, SaaS, or edtech sales.
  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms, e-learning, or education technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.
  • A results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in selling LMS or educational technology products.
  • Existing relationships with educational institutions or corporate learning departments.
  • Familiarity with remote selling techniques and digital marketing strategies.
